Terms and Conditions
Access to the Visorcat website (the website) is governed by these terms and conditions, and by using the website you will be bound by them. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Please note that the terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and you will be bound by those in force at the time of placing any order.

Ordering
We can only accept orders from customers aged over 18 years. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail, and a contract between you and Visual Products Ltd will be formed when your order has been accepted and your credit/debit card will be charged. Any items on the same order that are separately despatched will comprise a separate contract.

Pricing, duty, delivery
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. If goods are ordered for delivery overseas, you will be responsible for any customs and import duties, and local sales taxes. If we have quoted a higher price on our website we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If our website inadvertently shows a lower price, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch, or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability of the relevant stock.

Goods damaged in transit
Ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels. Make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within three working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Goods lost in transit
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within five working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2-3 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery within the UK, 3-5 working days for other EU destinations, and 5-7 working days for overseas destinations.)

Product availability
Occasionally an item will be out of stock, particularly in the case of high demand for a new product. If this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Payment process
The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch is to pay by credit or debit card (stock dependent). Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque.  Transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.

Money-back guarantee / returns policy
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to [email protected] stating when and where the item was purchased and the reason for return. If you return an item to us within 30 days in original condition, complete with packaging, we will be happy to exchange the product for another of equal value, or refund you with the original price. Please note that refunds will be processed securely onto the card with which payment was made, via PayPal, and this process can take between 5 – 30 working days.   You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our office. An exception to this is where goods are faulty, in which event you must contact us prior to returning any goods.

We offer a two-year guarantee against defect in manufacture or assembly. This guarantee does not include the sponges, which are a consumable item. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
